Communication for Health Professionals, Minor

Program Overview

The minor in communication for health professionals offers introductory and advanced study in theoretical and practical applications of communication within a health context. It includes a variety of additional courses that students can choose according to their specific areas of interest. The coursework is designed to appeal to students in such fields as pre-med, nursing, pre-law, public policy, public health, communication disorders, gerontological studies, nutrition, health management, and social work.
