The Biochemistry minor offers an introduction to the field of Biochemistry. It is excellent preparation for students who are pursuing degrees in the health sciences or wish to combine a Biochemistry minor with a major in a related area of science. The coursework provides a rigorous introduction to proteins, enzymes, biological structure, molecular biology, and the metabolism of small molecules.
