Program Overview
The Weatherhead School of Management offers a minor in leadership that provides undergraduate students with a strong foundation in modern leadership theory and practice. Open to students from any major, the program focuses on developing self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and the ability to lead effectively in diverse and dynamic environments. Through coursework in organizational behavior, teamwork, and change management, students build practical skills to inspire others, drive results, and create positive impact across industries and communities. The minor is available to all undergraduate students at CWRU.
