Theater Arts, Minor

Program Overview

The Department of Theater offers a minor in theater arts, consisting of 18 credit hours of coursework. Like the major in theater, the minor provides students with the opportunity to specialize in an area of interest.

Learning Outcomes

• To enable our students to learn about various aspects of theater production, theater history, and the skills needed to create stage-worthy shows.
• To develop critical-thinking skills through experiential learning as they relate to specific areas of study.
